    How do back pain occur?

Back pain can occur in a variety of ways, such as an acute movement like a fall, which damages muscles, tendons and bones. Back pain can also develop due to improper posture or stress.

Wherever the origin of the complaint lies, in many cases the symptoms persist for an extended period of time and treatment and self-care are needed to reduce the symptoms.
