Knee pain

Pain symptoms of the knee can have many causes and forms. They can result from a small misstep while walking, or injuries can occur while playing sports. The complaints are often also connected to complaints of the feet, ankles and hips.

At Evolution Physical Therapy, we look beyond your knee problems. In fact, these complaints are often not isolated and stem from posture, exercise, lifestyle, diet and more. We are happy to tell you about our handling of these complaints.

    How do knee problems occur?

Knee pain can occur in a variety of ways, such as an acute movement like a fall, which damages ligaments, tendons and bones. Knee pain can also develop due to poor posture, poor stabilizing ability and muscle weakness.

Wherever the origin of the complaint lies, in many cases the symptoms persist for an extended period of time and treatment and self-care are needed to reduce and keep the symptoms away
