Elbow complaints
Broadly speaking, elbow pain manifests as pain on the inside or outside of the elbow. But many elbow complaints are not always recognized as such, and many arm complaints may involve the elbow.
At Evolution Physiotherapy, we look beyond your elbow problems. In fact, these complaints are often not isolated and stem from posture, exercise, lifestyle, diet and more. We are happy to tell you about our handling of these complaints.

How does elbow pain occur?
Elbow pain can occur in a variety of ways, such as an acute movement like a fall, which damages muscles, tendons and bones. Elbow pain can also develop due to poor posture, poor stabilizing ability, muscle weakness and is often affected by stress.
Wherever the origin of the complaint lies, in many cases the symptoms persist for an extended period of time and treatment and self-care are needed to reduce and keep the symptoms away.
