Care tailored to your personal situation.

The care of a physiotherapist is tailored to your personal situation and aimed at the goal you want to achieve. Sometimes you will receive advice only, and sometimes treatment as well.

    The first appointment

At the first appointment, the physiotherapist will want to know exactly what your physical complaints are. This way, they can determine if you would benefit from physiotherapy. If you’re not suitable for physiotherapy, they will help you find a healthcare provider who can assist you.

    Research

Once it’s clear that physiotherapy can help you, you and your physiotherapist will work together to identify the possible causes of your complaints. He wants to know what your personal goals are. What do you hope to achieve with the treatment? What do you want to (re)gain the ability to do, and what do you expect from the therapy?

The physiotherapist examines the body part you’re experiencing discomfort in and assesses how your condition or ailment affects your posture and the way you move your body.

    Treatment

When the physiotherapist has made a diagnosis, he discusses the treatment plan with you. Physiotherapy treatment is tailored to your individual situation and aims to achieve the goals you have set.
